Q: Where can I go to get an IUD?
A: While you can get some forms of birth control like barriers and birth control pills through the Wellness Center here on campus, they do not implant IUDs. For that, you'll probably have to go to Cleveland Clinic, which is located fairly close to campus on Cleveland Road. The Wellness Center on campus does have gynecologists available for appointments on Mondays and Thursdays, if you're interested in talking to someone about what birth control method is best for you. Good luck!
Edit: Planned Parenthood in Wooster also offers IUDs, both the hormonal and copper versions. You can either make an appointment or walk in during business hours. More info here.
